Bruno Andreis

CEO

Bruno is an internationally experienced entrepreneur and initiator within several industries and projects. He is fluent in six languages, which over the years contributed to an extensive international network. He successfully launched several companies in different industries such as the sporting goods industry with brands like “Fila”. Previously, Bruno was also president of the the “Aeroclub of Monaco” among other honorary assignments, past and present.

Furthermore he sponsored some of the most known athletes and the National Golf team in Sweden including the launch of the Swedish start in professional golf. He then moved on to the horticultural field, developed a technology for the production of natural fertilizer with his own engineers and biologists, and set up distribution in countries like Holland, France, Spain and Saudi Arabia.

He also represented a company that established investment opportunities in the former Eastern Bloc countries and Asia. Mr. Andreis is well prepared and has experience in coordinating complex technical structures and organizations.

Jutta Kleinschmidt

Investor, Strategist

Jutta was born in Cologne, Germany and grew up in Berchtesgaden. She studied physics and completed her Masters Degree. After working seven years as a development engineer for BMW, she became a professional racer. She raced her first Paris Dakar Rally in 1988 on a BMW motorcycle.

Six years later she switched to race cars. In 2001, she became the first woman to win the overall classification at the Dakar Rally. Jutta Kleinschmidt has been the most successful female rally driver ever. She developed, together with Volkswagen, one of the most successful race cars, the Race Touareg.

Jutta Kleinschmidt also has an extensive engineering and developing background. Today she works as a Key Note Speaker for well-known companies. She has authored and written a book in German, where she compares her motor sport experience with attaining business success.

Graham Kukla

Chief Design Officer

Graham is an experienced Industrial Designer, striving to foster an environmentally equitable future and improved quality of life through his design work.

Following a formal education at the Savannah College of Art and Design (BFA Industrial Design, Minor in Marine Design) he worked for Boston Whaler boats and practiced as a freelance industrial designer, gaining valuable experience as a product, sustainability, and brand identity designer.

Longing for more experience in the maritime sector, he found a full time role designing performance sailing catamarans with Gunboat in North Carolina. In 2015, Graham gladly accepted an invitation to work alongside the legendary designer Michael Peters and relocated to Sarasota. As the Senior Designer with Michael Peters Yacht Design, he has completed a number of notable projects while continuing to refine his aesthetic and technical skillset and pursue a sustainable agenda within the industry.

Graham was brought on by Nexus Hydro to envision a new brand identity, digital presence, and to refine and optimize our proprietary turbine technology, ensuring it’s readiness for testing, manufacturing and scalability.

Darell Miller

Senior Development Engineer

Darell Miller has a Degree in Automotive Technology and another in Trade and Vocational Education. He also has formal training in related technical fields such as Welding Technology and Inspection, Quality Control, Process Development, Fabrication of Metals & Non-metals, and Manufacturing Processes and Machining.

Darell has owned and managed several companies and served as a Design, R&D, Testing, and Applications Engineer for Fortune 500 companies.

His 45 years of diverse assignments and accomplishments has prepared him to devise practical solutions to optimize the congregation of components of a project into a robust and sustainable assembly.

Brett Hutchens

Investor, Strategist

Brett is President and managing partner of Casto’s development company, Casto Southeast Realty Services and is in charge of mixed use and entertainment development for Casto.

Project Role: Provide direction for the procurement of the project and define how the particular project fits within the owner’s strategic goals. Determine and implement the allocation of human and financial capital. Set standards of cultural work environment.

Brett practiced commercial law in Cincinnati, Ohio for several years prior to entering the commercial retail development business in the mid-1980’s. He has been directly responsible for the development of 12,000,000 square feet of commercial retail properties in several different states. Accomplishments include power center projects as well as several mixed-use projects.

Brett has been a three time presenter on mixed-use projects at regional and national programs for Urban Land Institute. He has also incorporated cutting edge environmental concepts into his real estate developments, one of which was the first LEED certified Whole Foods Market grocery store in the U.S. In addition he is a 36 year Board member and former Chairman of Children’s Miracle Network Hospital and has helped raise over $7 Billion Dollars for Children’s Hospital throughout the US and Canada. He also serves on the Board of All Star Childrens Foundation.

Drew Smith

CFO

Drew is the principal partner of Reliance Advisors, a management consulting firm with over thirty-five years of senior management experience in the fields of De novo technologies, consumer products packaged goods, medical devices, finance, and commercial real estate development.  Drew has been responsible for assisting his clients in the successful creation and financing of startup businesses, the stabilization of revenues and implementation of expansion stage growth plans, and the transition from founder run to post IPO corporate managed businesses.

Drew has been responsible for the development and operation of more than four million square feet of commercial real estate, including office, industrial, business park, retail, and multi-family product types across the Southeastern United States. 

During his time at Deloitte, Drew served as a Senior Consultant to clients in the financial, IT, and commercial real estate industries and was a founding member of Deloitte’s Tampa Bay Office management consulting practice.

Drew is a CPA and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and a graduate of the Florida State University’s School of Business, Magna Cum Laude.
